HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT
At the top right corner, log in and enter your email address and password of your choice.
Press "create account".
Fill in your personal details, name + email + password.
You will then have access to order history, account details and more E3 benefits.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Click on the product you wish to buy.
Click “Add to Cart”
Click on either "Check out" or "continue shopping".
► Check out - Fill in your address and details required.
► Continue to shipping method - click on the shipping required
► Continue to payment method - choose the desired payment option (PayFast, Zapper or Bank Deposit)
► Complete Order - Your order is now being processed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
You will receive the order confirmation email after placing your order.
WILL I RECEIVE A COPY OF MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We have a 2 to 4 days shipping policy, but we will always try to be faster than specified.
If you choose the EFT payment option, your order will only be processed and send out for delivery once the payment has cleared in our account.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer a FLAT rate of R55 for shipping across South Africa.
All orders over R450, qualifies for FREE shipping.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Please feel free to contact our customer care team to get more details on how to proceed with the issue.
If it was our mistake or damaged products, we will carry the cost to collect the product and supply you with an alternative.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all Visa & Mastercard credit or cheque cards through PayFast. We also offer a direct EFT option, as well as Zapper.

WHAT ABOUT SECURITY ON YOUR SITE?
All the payment transaction pages are secured by approved SSL certificates.
All our credit card payments are handled through a third-party(PayFast), which are well known and authorized providers. Please note that no credit card details are stored on our site.
DO WE NEED TO GIVE ANY MONEY TO OUR DELIVERY DRIVER?
No the customer need not pay any extra cash to the delivery courier. Your payment for your order is complete when you order online on our website. However, if the delivery man refuses to give you the shipment without any payment, please contact us immediately to fix this issue.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
Custom Ring - No unfortunately NOT. We made the ring to your specific style and wants.
Normal Ring - Yes definitely. We unfortunately have to charge a courier fee to do the exchange - it will be R110 to exchange the rings and everything will be arranged by us. Alternatively you can arrange your own shipping. Please see our exchange policy for more details to exchange your product.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
No. At this stage we are only available online.
We do attend events from time to time, so please check our event Calendar to see when we will be where.
You are welcome to make an appointment to come to our office in Noordheuwel, but BY APPOINTMENT only.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT IS MY RING SIZE?
Please click on the "What is my ring size?" to get the correct method of measuring your ring size.
You will find the "What is my ring size" on each product page where you select your size and colour.
CAN I ONLY BUY ONLINE?
We are an online store only, but we do see customers by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Alternatively, contact one of our resellers and buy directly from them.
